Name: Agata Zgarda
About me: I was born in Poland. After graduating in bioengineering at UWM in Olsztyn in 1998, I set off on a journey of my life. The first stop was in England, London. I've lived there for 3 years improving my English. After 3 years of enjoying a gloomy and rainy place I decided to warm up in Brazil. That's how I ended up in Teresina, Piaui. I've been working here as an English teacher since 2001 and I fell in love with my job. That love helped me to reach a position of a coordinator at Cultura Inglesa, where I teach and coordinate up to now. My passion for assembling words into phrases resulted in writing a book “The Language of Hotels in English” and also creating this blog.
